Boots for impossible feet?

I just completed a 4 day treck on the PCT covering about 45 miles with a 25lb pack and pair of wide montrails that had about 50-60miles on them prior to the treck. I’d had a few problems with lower heel blisters during break-in,but thought that had been resolved prior to my trip. Unfortunately by the end of jhfactoryrolex day one, I figured out that it had not. Even with layers of athletic tape, double wool socks, careful lacing, and a nice set of superfeet insoles, I aquired a nice pair of blisters starting japanreplicawatches.com from my inner heel all the way to the other side by day 4. Soooooo…I’m wondering what else can do? My foot bed felt fine, and my toes were ok. Does anyone make a boot with a wide toe box but a narrow heel? I’ve tried merrels, keens, and now montrails with no luck so far. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.
