So Im reading the book born to run at the moment. I do a lot of running but i constantly have problems with shins. Ive purchased amazing shoes, ive purchased custom fitting orthodics and it doesnt help. So im reading this book and theyre saying that when you run barefoot you run a little bit differently which end up protecting the body a little bit better.
Im just curious what everyone thinks about this? You can apply it to hiking as well.
