Has anyone wore/wears a hiking kilt?Im thinking of trying one out sometime if I can "man up"and just do it cause it sure looks comfortable.Im sure we have some members here that do,or would wear one and Im pegging whiteoak and gershon as potential kilt wearers.....WHAT SAY YOU??????

In the functionality department,I say yes.In the "looking kool,and land a hot chick while thru hiking on the AT" I say no......Although I dont if there are any hot chicks on the AT,at least after the 3rd or 4th day of them being out there

Just like a women I did see a cute Asian female on the AT,but it was the day that everybody seem to think a"tropical storm"was coming(On the AT???)and she passed us with pack cover and rain jacket on and she was MOVING!!!! Told us about the storm and sure enough,15min later it was raining/blowing/thundering pretty bad...got caught in the tent w/a friend but wouldnt have minded if she would have been there tooo....hey,link to the russian pics please!!!!

Kilts look very comfortable, but I wouldn't wear one. I don't even wear shorts. A kilt would give too many new places for the bugs to bite.

Dittos and in complete agreement regarding Asian women oAk, but you gotta sprinkle on some bonita Latinas for the perfect balance..

As for kilts, I'll pass on that one.. Unless I can wear a "Hot Rod" t-shirt along with some wrestling boots!
