Hiking trail help

I am new to Centeral New Jersey (Lambertville) and am looking for hiking trails close to me either in NJ or PA. I would like trail ratings from moderate to hard but will take anything. Please help

you happen to live right next to one of the largest contiguous tracts of forest on the eastern seaboard. the pine barrens are very beautiful, and has a huge number of fun trails
just be on the lookout for ticks as my dog caught lyme disease there last summer.
