best thing i found to help out is find about 3 feet of strong para cord tie a loop on each side .Then wrap it around a tree and hold on you can bend back pretty far. its light weight and you dont have to worry about the over spay/slash.

Excellent....I can use my "bear bag cord"and tie my food up with the same string that was wrapped around my arse

well
you have to find a place at least a hundred feet from any running water
then bend down and dig a small hole about six inches deep
poop into the hole and then cover it up with the dirt
you should probably have a small shovel for this purpose

HAHA! Well from me, make sure you keep a hunting knife or a weapon of some sort JUST in case... It's better to have something and not need to use it then to not have it at all and really need it.
