We have a lot of lentils, beans and nuts based products that we buy from off the shelf.
But we still have lentils beans and nuts I really like to have cashews or peanuts in my stir-fry.

I've been eating a vegetarian life style for several months now, I love it. I really can't stand the smell of meat anymore, especially beef. I decided to go veggie because of health reasons, but recently I watched a documentary called Earthlings. OMG, I was really heart struck by the cruelty of human beings. I cried all the way through and even the next day. I refuse to buy and eat meat now, totally changed my world and heart.
Alice came to a fork in the road, " which road do I take"? she asked.
"Where do you want to go"? responded the cheshire cat.
    " I don't know," Alice anwered.
"Then," said the cat, " it doesn't matter".
