    What is best water, soft drink, bewrages?

    What is best water, soft drink, bewrages?
    I prefer water because it is natural and we can not survive . What thing you choice share information and why ?

    I would have to choose water, water is a natural resource which will obviously make it the best choice. Sports drinks have too much sodium and other nasty ingredients in them, and soda should be outlawed! Thats just my advice though

    Water all the way. Some occasional electrolytes could be beneficial if your sweating a lot.

    Beer is the best way to get carbohydrates and liquids back in the system.

    Obviously water is the best.It is the natural resource compare to others.

    Water is amazing, but only one bewrage holds my soul in its orbit like the sun holds the moon. (...wait)
    Anyway, what I'm talking about is Coffee. Oh sweet Coffee. <3

    Obviously water, it's a basic source of living. We can stay alive without eating anything for many days but we can't live for almost 2 or 3 days without drinking water, well about energy drinks they are the main culprits of making us fat and overweight. I would prefer water as the best drink as it helps us to improve and purify blood circulation and helps to burn stored calories.

    Water.....its everywhere and with all the water filtration bottles and such.....its a lightweight and easy fix too dehydration problems while hiking.
    I do pack a few small packets of flavoring, gatorade, skwencher, etc. for the occasional treat.....but water on the trail is about all I every have on me.

    Now if we're just camping....all bets are off as the cooler is always handy!!!! Nothing makes you pee clearer than beer!.
