When I first clicked the link I was wondering - well what does Nepal citizens eat. They really don't have the landscape to grow any vegetables, so I would assume a lot of goats and llamas. The must import a lot of there food...anyways. Thanks for sharing, I am always down for ethnic food. I am particularly curious about Banda-Bari. Do you have a recipe you recommend?

It is extremely messy lol. Such a tough website to browse. The pictures of food look good though!

I tried once to cook it. I notice the food slightly the same as Indian food, with legion rice, lentils and vegetable curry. Achars area unit common facet dishes (veggie pickles).
