    which backpack?

I have an Osprey Kestrel 48. I believe its 3,300 cubic inch or so. Depending on what gear you have and what you bring along, I know myself thats enough space for three days.

It has a bunch of nice perks too, like a rain cover pouch, and pockets on the hip belt to name a few.

go with Gregory. yes, they cost alot, but you get what you pay for, and the last place you need an equipment failure is in the middle of the forests.

We are SolarSac and we are a group of high school student engineers. We are working to design and develop a backpack with charging capabilities. We want to create a portable, renewable, alternative source of energy use to charge mobile devices. Our design will utilize ergonomic technology and organizational aspects. We are looking for input from potential product users in order to further enhance our design.

Please help us by filling out our preliminary survey to help assess our design.
