Coleman F 1 stove

First off hello everybody and Hope I am posting this in right area. Question I just picked up a Coleman F 1 stove at walmart yesterday since so light and compact for 3 season backpacking. Ok the question they only had 2 fuel canisters which I bought so is there any other canisters that work with this stove since butain/propane mix and other stoves I see like snowpeak and jetboil fuel is Isobutane/propane are they compatible. thanks for info in advance.

Post edited by: OneShotPaJim, at: 2008/07/21 05:37

Well it is actually a Peak 1 made by coleman. And I finally got a hold of coleman and it's safe to use the Isobutane mix. So If anyone else was wondering.

I have one. It is effective, dependable and, cheap. I use a square stainless steel wire grid. Is just something I got at a barbq store ( I cut the handle off of it) that takes the guess work out of centering cans and odd, small cooking utensils or metal cups
