What interests me is that Brunton and JetPower cartridges are free of duty, but Primus are not. I wonder if it's because of the 'leakproof' seal on the Brunton/JetPower?
My (very old) tiny Primus stove has a piercable rubber covered fuel intake (threadless), so its not the standard leak proof.
Local Big5 still usually has them on the shelf sometimes but they seem harder to find nowadays.
EDIT: Hmm, I see the bear repellent aerosol is not a hazzard enough to surcharge.
