No doubt you're right about that!!
I remember a track I almost broke my back because I had a too-big backpack.

I think all sports/outdoor shops should have knowledgeable people who can give sound advice on backpack purchases..this is one area that would help decrease preventable injuries down the track.(pardon the pun)
